    Great place and very home like. My caramel frappe was 100% better than Starbucks. Great job. Very impressed.

    Great place to get not only a great cup of coffee but a smoothie or a pastry. The young people are quick, friendly and professional.

    This coffee shop used to be my favorite. I’ve gone to it for years. But with the amount of money we’ve put into it, really isn’t worth it much anymore or the disappointment daily. Within the last six months it’s really gone downhill. If it wasn’t for about four of the girls who work there, this place probably wouldn’t have the customers they still do, including me and my fiancé! Nothing is ever in stock! There’s multiple apologies from the staff (that shouldn’t be coming from them), yet should be from the owner for not taking better care of all locations. I’ve heard from many other customers, how unsatisfied they are with how it’s being managed now. The way I see it, it’s a shame and the staff is having to pay for these inconveniences, especially with how hard they work for this business. It’s just a huge disappointment considering this is McAlester’s “go to” coffee shop!

    I just Love my sweet java! Still have the best coffees in McAlester,Ok. The owner is very personable most the staff is very friendly. I have noticed it has not been as clean as usual the last few visits but I would chalk it up to new staff learning the ropes. Best coffee period not just in MAC!
